Customer Services Assistant/Customer Services Executive

Job Duties:

  • To provide professional customer services
  • To liaise directly with clients as well as Operations Department and subcontractors
  • To provide on-site servicing for art fairs, private and corporate clients if necessary
  • To process sales invoicing
  • To undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
  • To perform ad hoc assignment or projects assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to details and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willing to work overtime if necessary 
  • Immediate available

 

Office Location: Wanchai

Office Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mondays - Fridays)
