Customer Services Associate (Two-year renewable contract)

  • Handle customer enquiries, provide assistance to clients and process applications for certificates of origin and trade declarations;
  • Collect payments over counter;
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to branch managers, including data-entry and proof-reading; and
  • Perform other duties as required by the Chamber

Monthly Salary Negotiable

Other Requirements - Diploma;

  • 3 years working experience in trade/shipping documentation and customer services preferable;
  • Good customer service attitude with a high degree of integrity;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese);
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (English & Chinese), and good at proof-reading documents;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; and
  • Positive attitude and personality. Responsible, pleasant, self-motivated, and be able to work overtime and under pressure.
