  • Response for re-confirm of bookings through WhatsApp, SMS or telephone in a professional manner
  • Handle non-sales inbound and outbound telephone related activities
  • Perform ad hoc project as required  


  • Diploma or above
  • Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
