CUSTOMER SERVICES ATTENDANT (Salary:$13-17K)
Responsibilities
- To handle enquiries from shoppers / tourists / tenants
- To offer assistance / services to shoppers as needed in a helpful manner
- Shift duties will be required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 1 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality or sales industry
- Passionate in retail and hospitality work
- Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
- Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
