To assist consolidating / analyzing market information and cost for Group Airfreight Team
Follow-up shipment orders via liaising with branch offices, overseas agents and customers
Provide full support to Operations Teams and co-operate with Sales & Marketing Team
Promote company services / products to current customers and working partners
Understand and illustrate shipment related regulations and requirements to branch offices, overseas agents and customers as well as maintaining rate system & tracking systems
F.7 or above, candidate with HD or Degree would be preferred. Candidate with higher educational qualification and working experience would be considered as Senior Customer Services Clerk
1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
Customer services experience preferred but not essential
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Candidates with IELTS 5.0 or above is preferred
Proficiency in MS office, knowledge in Excel (Pivot table and functions) & Powerpoint would be advantageous
