Customer Services Clerk (5-days work week)

Job Duties

  • Follow-up shipment orders, track & trace, coordinate with offices and agents, as well as maintaining rate system & data quality
  • Work closely with Operations Teams and Sales & Marketing Team for promoting company product and services
  • Preparing reports and presentations

Requirements

  • F.5 or DSE graduates, candidate with higher academic qualification or experience in freight forwarding industry would be considered as Customer Services Officer
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), advance in Excel is preferable
  • Attention to details and capability of handling multi-tasks are required
  • Good team player
  • Proactive, independent, responsible, well organized, able to work under pressure
  • Experience in handling key account is an advantage

Job Location: Chek Lap Kok
