Customer Services Clerk ( 5 Days Work )

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct investigation on customer comments and complaints in accordance with the established complaint handling procedures
  • Conduct verbal communications and prepare written reply to customer complaints
  • Maintain a clear and comprehensive comment database
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly complaint reports
  • Assist Marketing Manager to identify potential issues/problems in operations proactively and suggest enhancement actions
  • Perform related customer service duties as required
  • Tele-sale technique will be essential

Job Requirments :

  • F.5 or above with minimum 3-5 years retail CS experience will be consider priority
  • To be responsible for handling customers' telephone & written enquiry and complaint;
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently without supervision
  • A good team player with integrity, initiative, enthusiasm and customer focus
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in PC applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing
