CUSTOMER SERVICES CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-ordinate with operations for inbound & outbound shipment
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s standard operating procedure
  • Handle the shipment schedule, cargo volume and Transit time with customers

REQUIREMENT:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 2 year experience
  • Good PC skills including knowledge of Excel
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in Air, Sea operation and E-commerce is an advantage.
