Customer Services Coordinator - Analytical Division

Modern Testing Services (Global) Limited

Main responsibilities include:

  • Contract Review the client test request
  • Orders and follow up activities from clients 
  • Prepare test quotation and sample breakdown
  • Handling client’s enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in the reporting status to clients

Qualifications and requirements:

  • HD or Degree in Chemistry or other related discipline
  • 1-2 years working experience in laboratory and customer services
  • Possess strong customer services mind
  • Able to reply clients’ email enquiries independence
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Available immediately
