Customer Services Coordinator / Assistant Customer Services Coordinator (Cyberport)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide services at Customer Services Counters
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Provide administrative and clerical supports
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above, preferably with diploma/certificate in Hotel / Tourism / Recreation management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in customer services
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Hands-on experience of MS Office application
  • Good telephone manner and good communication skills
  • Presentable, independent and self-initiative
  • Attentive to details and be a good team player
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Customer Services Coordinator
