Customer Services Coordinator (Inspection)

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for handle customers’ inquiry
  • Prepare Inspection order review, quotation, scheduling, reporting and related documentation work
  • Liaison with overseas offices for inspection & factory assessment arrangement

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree or above in Manufacturing / Science or other related discipline 
  • at least 2 years working experience
  • A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized & initiative with and positive working attitude
  • Self-motivate and able to work independently
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work in Dongguan, China around twice per week
