DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with clients

-Handle customer's enquiries in a professional manner and coordinate with technician

-Coordinate transport and warehouse arrangement

-Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

-Form Five or above

-1 to 5 years' experience in customer services

-Strong communication skill

-Experience in furniture is a must

-Proficient PC skills in MS Office - Excel and Word

-Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
