Customer Services Coordinator

Orbis International

  • 5-day week

Reporting to Donor Services Manager, the incumbent will capture donor details into the donor database, provide service to donors and assist in Donor Services team's operations and fundraising activities.

Job responsibilities:

  • Data entry for general donation and special events
  • Update donor information into database
  • Handle merchandising walk-in sale, redemption, stock take and delivery arrangement
  • Follow up on incomplete donation/order/event’s enrollment forms
  • Handle donor enquiries and fulfill donor requests
  • Handle clerical work and assist the supervisor in preparing various summaries for projects
  • Support ad hoc fundraising activities and mailings as necessary
Contract period: September 3, 2018 to May 31, 2019


  • Tertiary education or above
  • 1-2 years of data entry and customer service/clerical/administrative experience
  • Customer oriented, well-organized, efficient and with good attention to details
  • Courteous, with good telephone manner and able to deal with customers
  • Proactive team player and able to work independently
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Chinese input and efficient typing speed is a must
  • Good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken, Mandarin capability an advantage
