Qualifications and experience

  • Degree holder in Computer engineering / Information technology / Computing Science
  • Solid development experience with one or more coding language: C, C++, C#, R, Python, Java, Swift
  • Good knowledge in database programming and administration (Microsoft SQL server) • Development experience in mobility and digital solutions
  • Network Systems experience
  • Experience in Customer Support and/or project implementation is an advantage.
  • Good problem-solving skill
  • Good communication skill
  • Ability to stay calm in pressurized situations and coach
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support services to internal teams and direct customers, escalations and provide remote solutions to customer experiencing technical difficulties.
  • Provide development and support services to all areas of the business including presell support, QA, field test, issues diagnosis, troubleshooting, documentation and implementation
  • Provide on-site technical and logistics support to customers
  • Assist Project Coordination Manager to manage hardware and software vendors , device inventory & logistics arrangement
