Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries and walk-in customer
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Handle written enquiries such as mail-in, fax and letter
  • Assist and support any ad hoc projects / duties as assigned by the manager

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Pass in FLMI / ACS is preferable
  • 2 years of working experience in customer services in life insurance industry
  • Strong Complaint handling skills coupled with pleasant and mature personalities
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good knowledge in Mandarin is preferable
  • Good PC skills in World, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

 

Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
