Customer Services Executive (Bahasa Speaking, Contract)

We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Executive (Bahasa Speaking, Contract) based at our Quarry Bay office, to support continued business growth for the subsidiary of Collinson, Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited.

Responsibilities 

  • Customer servicing which includes but not limited to handling of telephone calls, faxes, correspondences, emails and other membership services tasks.
  • Efficient handling of all customer related administrations works
  • Deliver quality customer services to members and stakeholders
  • Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc reports
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements 

  • University Graduate or High school
  • 3 years working experience, less experience will also be considered as Junior
  • Good command of both spoken and written Indonesia Bahasa, second spoken language both English and Cantonese is preferred
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking, methodical and of pleasant personality
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Working on shift hours Monday to Sunday
