Customer Services Executive (Full-time)

We are currently looking for a Customer Services Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle duties and provide assistance, including answering telephone enquires, greeting customers, student registrations, facilitating class or program enrollments and managing class schedules and bookings, event and venue support.
  • Provide administrative support to day-to-day operation of the premises.
  • Strive to acquire, retain and develop client relationships.
  • Assist in regular marketing events and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • University degree holders with 1 or more year of experience in customer service (Fresh graduates with good academic background will also be considered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Organized with good problem solving skills and able to multi-task.
  • Strong commitment to quality client service and sensitive to customer needs.
  • Competent computer skills, English and Chinese Word processing skills.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
