Our client is a Global Logistics Company in Hong Kong, the company is currently looking for high caliber candidates to fill up the above positions :


Customer Services Executive (Key Account / Claims & Complaint / Tracing)


  • Providing quality customer services to key customers
  • Handle customer enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing
  • Preparing reports and conducting courtesy visits.
  • Responsible for handling complaints and claims independently and professionally;
  • Reflecting customers' feedback to management, providing solutions for improving customer service quality and assisting in various projects responsible by the team.


  • Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSEE or equivalent)
  • 2-4 years' customer service experience, preferably in customer care environment
  • Good spoken & written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independent
  • Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills
