Customer Services Executive (Korean Speaking)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle routine enquires & complains in a professional and effective manner
  • Provide the best customer services to the customers in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
  • Follow up with the customers' feedbacks for service improvements
  • Work closely with the sales team to execute sales and marketing actions
  • Assist in provide service support in membership programs

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Language or Translation related discipline
  • Relevant working experience in sales/customer service industry is preferable
  • Experience in translation relevant industries would be an advantage
  • Proficient in spoken Korean, English and Cantonese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and customer oriented
  • Proficiency in PC Skills, including Microsoft office
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
