Customer Services Executive (Logistics)

World-Link Logistics (Asia) Holding Limited

Responsibilities:

  • To process delivery orders daily, prepare picking lists and delivery notes
  • To verify cargo in / out and prepare related documents
  • Sales orders follow up
  • To maintain accurate records in system and document filing
  • To handle customers' inquiries and perform clerical jobs
  • Assist in any ad-hoc when necessary

  Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma perferred
  • At least 2 - 3 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in computer knowledge, such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A good team player with sound communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Location: Tsuen Wan
