•F.5 or Diploma or equivalent
•At least 1 – 2 years of customer service work experience
•Prefer knowledge in SAP
•Good command in Excel
•Strong interpersonal communication skills
•Positive attitude, cheerful manner, with desire to serve people and self-motivated
•Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•Follow up orders from order placed to delivery & provide after sales service
•Liaise and coordinate with different internal departments on resolving customer’s cases & complaints in a logical and professional manner
