REQUIREMENTS

  • F.5 or Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 0 – 2 years of customer service work experience
  • Prefer knowledge in SAP
  • Good command in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, cheerful manner, with desire to serve people and self-motivated
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up orders from order placed to delivery & provide after sales service
  • Liaise and coordinate with different internal departments on resolving customer’s cases & complaints in a logical and professional manner
  • Managing customer expectations in a friendly manner & Increase customer satisfactions
  • Introduce / Follow up ad hoc / new projects or products to customer
