Responsibilities

  • Check & review testing report
  • Handling clients enquiries and complaints for internal & external parties
  • Testing report status follow up
  • To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry or other related discipline
  • 2 years customer services working experience in commercial laboratory
  • A good team player, positive with good communication skill
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office application (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Less experience will be considered as Customer Services Coordinator
  • Immediate available is preferred
