RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible on purchase order processing with both internal & external suppliers
  • Responsible on sales order processing with internal customers
  • Need to make sure on time delivery for purchase order and sales order
  • Maintain an accurate system record
  • Handle any ad hoc issue assigned by team leader
  • Provide regular reporting to management level.
  • Work Location: Chai Wan

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Diploma holder in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business or related discipline
  • At least 1 year solid experience in purchasing but Fresh graduated will also be considered
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel & Word & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Possess good problem solving and analytical skills, well-organized and able to work independently
