Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide customer services to our clients according to company standards.
  • To provide customer support for post-purchase and re-purchase orders including renewal and management of subscription agreements.
  • To maintain good customer relations to retain customers
    * Handle renewal, customer inquiry, follow-up on complaint cases, perform different kinds of customer service calls and documentation, conduct customer satisfaction survey and contract in a timely manner as per company’s standards.
  • To handle ad hoc projects
    * Accomplish in a professional manner according to the requirements of the projects/
      supervisor.  To coordinate with colleagues and provide operational support.
  • To maximize the successful rate in obtaining new business and gaining repeat orders
    * Closely monitor and follow up with those clients who have asked for quotation and those who have received our first batch of reports for their feedback so as to increase their after sale
      satisfaction for gaining repeat orders.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Studies or related subjects
  • 2-3 years working experience in providing customer support services
  • Good command of English and Putonghua
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good analytical ability
  • Hands on experience in using computer softwares such as MS Office applications, Chinese word processing etc.
