Customer Services Manager (Call Centre)

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the customer service team for premium customers
  • Provide customer service through phone calls and social media platforms
  • Receive and report customer opinions at CRM for business development references
  • Train and motivate team members to provide high quality customer service

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably with customer service management experience
  • 4 years or above experience in a supervisory role
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate people
  • Strong customer service orientation with knowledge of service delivery via digital channels
