We are hiring a CS Manager (Compliant handling) for a listed banking group with below requirements: -


  • To be a team member of Channel Management & Operations Department
  • To ensure customer complaints are handled in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the bank
  • To coordinate with relevant business to resolve complaint cases
  • To review investigation reports and replies on complaint cases from the subordinates and prepare the written replies to customers, media or regulators
  • To identify improvement opportunities and service level upgrading needs from complaint cases


  • University graduates with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the banking sector
  • Sound knowledge in handling customer complaints
  • Good understanding of regulatory policies and guidelines governing retail banking services
  • Good knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
