Customer Services Manager (Fujianese Business)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operation Manager (Fujianese Business) in monitoring of Fujianese business operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review and ensure compliance and accuracy of documents for transactions
  • Assist in motivate and coach front line staff to provide high quality of customer service to clients

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in branch or retail banking operations
  • Qualifications of HKSI, IIQE & MPF
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational, analytical, time management skills and risk awareness
  • Flexible and detail-minded
  • Strong in problem solving, coordinating and organizing skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and Hokkien / Minnan is an advantage
