Customer Services Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional insurance advice and good customer service to high net-worth clients
  • Adhere to operating guidelines, work within their delegated authorities and meet departmental SLA targets
  • Resolve the case straight away
  • Achieve team's KPI and drive for improvement
  • Involved in ad hoc projects

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year working experience in insurance or financial industries
  • Experience in complaint handling in insurance industry
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent Mandarin speaking skill will be a must
  • With IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 and 5
