Customer Services Manager

  • Excellent command in both Putonghua and Chinese and Good in English
  • Good PC literacy in MS-Word and MS-Excel (including Chinese word
processing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Degree Holders
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Immediately available is preferred

Assistant -Customer Services Manager

Job Duties :
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response
to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
  • Ensure all functions in department work smoothly
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer
complaints
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's
complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Supervise and organize of all works for customer services clerks
  • Communicate with internal and external parties effectively
