Assist Customer Services and RMA Department to arrange remote pick up with courier for missing or wrong items / warranty return / damage items and provide invoice and AWB to customer directly through RMA system
Post sales ticket, follow up, review and monitoring the tickets from customer inquiry till ticket closure including logistics administrative issues, goods receiving, outlook checking
Assign the ticket to RMA for future warranty repairing, create dummy invoice & reship back to customers if necessary
Provide analysis reports on tickets for management to review (i.e. No. of total ticket, new ticket and pending ticket with technical reasons etc.)
Follow up and coordinate issues and projects related to increase customer satisfaction and other duties as assigned by Logistic Manager
Higher Diploma in Business Management / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Candidate with working experience in product (Camera,Mobile & Tablets) and logistic or related field is highly preferred
Mature and able to work independently and under pressure, strong communication skills, capable of communicating with people at all levels
Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, planning & organizational skills are essential
Ideally, have some work exposure in a multinational corporation environment and Ecommerce business field
Independent, proactive with positive and hands-on attitude, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, Navision or other ERP system
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
