Working at ELEMENTS, an over one million square feet shopping mall located at 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon:

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Information Counters at ELEMENTS.
  • To handle enquiries and build a harmonious relationship with tenants and visitors.
  • To provide high quality customer service to tenants and visitors.
  • To carry out promotional activities in the mall.
  • To assist in resolving complaints by tenants and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Secondary 5 or above in hospitality or business-related streams.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset.
  • Proficient in common software applications.
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills.
  • Candidates with higher caliber will be considered for the Senior Customer Services Officer position.
