The client is a respected global bank, is now seeking for few new headcounts as Customer Services Officer / Client Services Officer 客戶服務 – (Call Center / Hotline - inbound [Non-sales])(16– 20k) to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
  • Provide good customer services to clients   
  • Perform claims registration and insurance enquiry over the phone             
  • Feedback customers’ comments to superior for service improvement   
  • Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
  • Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Insurance Studies
  • At least 3 years working experience in Customer Service, Hotline or Call Center environement, preferably in insurance, banking or telecommunication industry
  • Agent licensing (IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is a plus but is not required
  • Familiar with Call Centre operation workflow and procedures   
  • Knowledge in wide range of General Insurance or Life insurance products will be an advantage  
  • Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
