The client is a respected global bank, is now seeking for few new headcounts as Customer Services Officer 客戶服務– (Customer Care / Call Center / Hotline - inbound [Non-sales])(17– 22k) to join their growing team. 


  • Handle general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
  • Provide good customer services to clients face to face – client services
  • Perform claims registration and insurance enquiry over the phone             
  • Feedback customers’ comments to superior for service improvement   
  • Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
  • Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor


  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Insurance Studies
  • At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service, Hotline or Call Center environement, preferably in insurance or banking industry
  • Experience in Financial Planning (financial planner) and/or Wealth Management Consultant are welcome.
  • Insurance Agent licensing (IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is a plus
  • Knowledge in wide range of General Insurance or Life insurance products will be an advantage  
  • Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
