Customer Services Officer ($18K-22K)

Job requirements:

  • Handle customer inquiries from different incoming channels e.g. phone, fax, email, digital media, etc.
  • Inform customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
  • Protect customers' privacy by verifying customer's personal information
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities, and undertaking e-learning exam and training
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Post-Secondary / F.5 or above with 1 year of customer service experience
  • Good spoken and writing in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
