Handle clients’ telephone and email enquiries
Provide onsite and offsite operational support services
Coordinate with relevant parties for the service requests from clients
Develop and maintain good relationship with client and prospective clients
Communicate and coordinate projects with other Departments

F7 or above with 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduate are welcome
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic working environment
Good IT knowledge is an advantage
Immediately available.
Fast learner with strong problem solving and negotiation skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
