Customer Services Officer (5 Days Work)

Job Duties

  • Handle telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintain good relationship with clients
  • Conduct product training presentation and workshop
  • Follow-up product usage related issues to make sure the service is on track
  • Provide proper solutions and suggestions to clients and report to the Development Team

Requirements

  • F.7 or above with 1-2 years of relevant working experience; Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proactive attention in details, friendly and outgoing personality and customer service oriented
  • Good telephone manner, proficiency in Chinese and English.
  • Fast learner with strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic working environment
  • Good Pc hardware and software knowledge is anadvantage
