Customer Services Officer (9 months)

  • Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform KYC and AML check
  • Review CDD, CRS, FATCA and related documentation
  • Client static data maintenance and report generation


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in financial sector
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Good team player and customer-oriented
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
