Customer Services Officer (Administrative Support)

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operations support and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Process orders, quotations, tender documents, and requests from customers
  • Arrange monthly maintenance schedule for client
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer services, business administrative, or experience in Engineering industry would be an advantage
  • Customer-oriented with good problem-solving
  • Good communication and customer services skills
  • General computer competency
  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
