1) Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s enquiries, reports and communication with overseas offices
  • Work within SOP and quotations with overseas offices
  • Handles all import and export shipments

 Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in freight forwarding
  • Experience in Aero Shipments
  • Able to handle import & export documents
  • Good computer skills in MS Office application

 2) Air Operation Clerk / Logistic Clerk

        Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or graduate or above
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in Airfreight forwarding company
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
