Our client is a multinational banking and financial services holding company. To meet their constant growth, they are now seeking a Customer Care Account Consultant, Premier Relationship – Contact Centre Business. You will be given full support from the experienced team members in the field.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle premium member’s enquiries and provide professional advises through inbound phone calls and emails;
  • Perform banking transaction and response to account enquiries to achieve maximum customer satisfaction;
  • Follow up and conduct reports;
  • Support in administrative and clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline;
  • 1 year customer service experience (Fresh graduate will also be considered);
  • Customer oriented with excellent communication skills;
  • Sensitive to numbers;
  • Willing to learn and take imitative to solve problems;
  • Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin.
