The client is a respected MNC Insurance Group, is now seeking for few new headcount as Customer Services Officer / Customer Care Associate - FSI x 2 (HKD18– 25k) (no OT; Non-Sales) to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Handle general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
Provide good customer services to clients face to face – client services
Perform claims registration and insurance enquiry over the phone
Feedback customers’ comments to superior for service improvement
Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Insurance Studies
At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service, Hotline or Call Center environment
Experience in Insurance or Banking industry is preferable but not a must
Candidate as Financial Planning / Wealth Management or Financial Planner will be considered
Certified Insurance Agent licensing (IIQE Paper 1 , 2, 3, 5) is an advantage
Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
