Customer Services Officer - Front Office (Full Time / Part Time)

Responsibility:

  •   Greeting guests in professional manner;  responsible to check in / check out services for the guests;
  • Maintain smooth & efficient running of operations;
  • Maintain  all areas in an atmosphere of luxury & elegant;

  Requirements:

  •   Energetic, customer & team oriented, detail-oriented and problem solving in an effective & efficient ways;
  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years hospitality experience in hotels, serviced apartments, clubhouses, luxury residential industries;
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • English and Chinese words processing and typing; general administrative works
  • Holder of Certificate in First Aid (AFA) is an advantage;
  • Shift duty (5.5 days working) and rotate days off are required, 14 days annual leave, meal allowance, medical insurance, double pay & discretionary bonus etc.
  • Opera knowledge or immediately available would be a definite advantage;
  • Candidate with less experience may consider as customer services clerk
