Customer Services Officer, Hotline or Services Team

About the role
  • Provide quality customer services to customers and handle customer complaints
  • Handle general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
  • Provide good customer services to clients
  • Make outbound calls to obtain customer feedback
  • Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor
  • Feedback customers' comments to superior for service improvement
  • Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction

What we're looking for
  • Form 5 or above with at least 2 years working experience in Customer Services and Hotline handling; with experience gained from Financial Services industry preferred
  • Insurance Professional Qualification added advantage
  • Familiar with call centre operation workflow and procedures
  • Good in spoken and written English, Putonghua is preferred
  • Good communication and complaint handling skill
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Customer focus and customer oriented
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, attentive to details
