The job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for inbound customer management.

Responsibilities:

  • To handle customers enquiries from hotline and/or company websites with professional manner to achieve service excellence.
  • Provide administrative support and cooperate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.
  • Support distribution partners’ retail outlets/channels on product sales and service enhancement, retail outlets visit is required occasionally.
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.



Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above with call center or administrative experience
  • Fresh graduated Diploma/Degree holder will also be considered
  • Holder of IIQE Paper I, II, & III preferred (persons studying for or prepared to undertake such qualifications will be considered).
  • Previous exposure in insurance / financial industry is advantageous
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Pleasant, independent, systematic, attentive to details and self-motivated personalities, strong customer service and problem solving mind with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player and ready to accept new challenge
  • No shift duty is required & No Selling duties
  • Immediately available is preferred.
