Customer Services Officer, MPF Marketing (6-month contract)

Reporting to the Team Head of MPF Marketing Team of Commercial Banking Division, you will be responsible for handling MPF customer enquiries, providing customer services to MPF clients, renewing procedures, supporting launch of commercial products, preparing semi-annual MPF Activities Return, MIS reports and providing clerical support to the Department.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or related discipline
  • Basic knowledge of MPF products and related regulatory requirements including MPFS Ordinance and MPFA Circular & Guidelines
  • Possessing insurance, RI and MPF licenses is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 - 6 years’ customer services experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of English and Putonghua
  • Good communication skill and team player
