Customer Services Officer (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality services to customers and answer customers’ enquiries via phones, email & live chat 
  • Follow up and contact the potentials through phones
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information with proof of evidence 
  • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally
  • Ad-hoc task as assigned by Customer Service Manager




  • F.5 or above + Good English & Mandarin
  • 1-2 years working experience, prefer in customer service or financial industry
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Chinese typing (速成/倉頡/搜狗)
  • Good command in reading and written English
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Well-organized and details oriented
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, cheerful manner and self-motivated
  • Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Be able to work on shift (Night Shift on 10pm to 8:30am)

Salary is around 17K to 20K
