Customer Services Officer (Ref: LOG-CSO)

The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and resolve customer complaint cases; He/she will also maintain the integrity of ERP system on inventory, data, accounts and invoicing.

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Diploma holder in Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferred in logistics industry
  • Independent with strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, punctuality and proactive;
  • Able to work under pressure with good sense of customer service mindset;
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office application, including Chinese word processing;
  • Working location will be Yuen Long;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
