Customer Services Officer (Ref No. GPHK/AD/00108)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from CS hotline system in a professional manner, answer inquiries received by phone and by mail
  • Deliver quality customer service including order processing, follow up and handle inquiries or complaints with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner
  • Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist in any ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Sales & Customer Relations/Public Administration /Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience in customer services preferably gained from call centre
  • Experience handle inquiries and complaints in Home Appliance industry will be advantage
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
  • Detail-minded, hard-working, independent and self-motivated
  • Mature with good telephone manner and be a good team player
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
