Customer Services Officer (Securities Services)

Major Job Duties:

  • Handle new account opening, perform KYC and AML checking, input and maintain client’s information
  • Provide quality customer services, handle client's enquiries and complaints
  • Update website contents and to provide updated market information and price quotation for retail clients
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist RO with daily work
  • Maintain the reporting works of CIES clients and report to Immigration Department regularly
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as the company assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 1-2 year's experiences in customer service field of financial environment
  • Holder of SFC license 1, candidates who passed HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8 is highly preferable
  • Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
  • Experience in maintaining the accounts of CIES client is preferred, but not a must
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, must be fluent speaking Putonghua and fast Chinese typing.
